Ms. Williams has held management and technical positions with IBM in Birmingham,
AL, Atlanta, GA, Greensboro and Raleigh, NC. Ms. Williams holds a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Business Administration from the Universityof Montevalloin
Montevallo, AL and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Johnston Community College
in Smithfield, NC.

As a NC Home Care Agency owner for 19+ years, hundreds of employees and clients
were serviced while maintaining an excellent compliance record. Currently, Ms.
Williams is the Principal Consultant and CEO of Home Care Resources Now-a home
care agency consulting firm that provides industry education and resources to home care agencies nationwide. Ms. Williams states that she is a “major business plan proponent” as she attributes her home care company’s success to a solid business plan. “I carefully constructed my plan due to the lack of start-up funding. By following a plan for steady, controlled growth, the business was able to fund itself, successfully.”

She is a Certified SCORE-Raleigh Mentor offering business counseling to various
industries. In her volunteer activities at SCORE-Raleigh, she is consistently ranked
among the top mentors by volunteer sessions and client satisfaction. She also chairs a
tailored business plan education program in collaboration with Shaw University’s School of Business and Professional Studies and a teen entrepreneurship program for nonprofit, SAGE, Inc."

Ms. Williams has a solid history of assisting those in need. She enjoys traveling and
baking desserts for family and friends.
